Opening Times & Early Risers Club
We are open from 8.30am - 3.30pm, Monday - Friday. And we currently offer Early Risers club from 8.00am - 8.30am, £8.50 per day (non-funded), which includes a breakfast snack. The Early Risers Club is fully insured and our practitioners hold a Level 2 Food Hygiene and Level 3 Paediatric First Aid Certificate. A safeguarding lead will be on the premises. If you would like your child to attend Early Risers, please ask the office staff for a form.
Funding
We are registered for the following funding options:

Free for Two funding

Working Families Entitlement for children aged 9 months and above

15 hours free childcare funding for 3- and 5-year-olds

Working Families Entitlement for 2-, 3-, and 5-year-olds

Tax-Free Childcare registered

Our entitlement hours are:
Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 11.30am = 15 hours
Monday - Friday, 12.30pm- 3.30pm = 15 hours
Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm = 7 hours
(6 hours funding to make it 30 hours a week, additional hour added for all day sessions, 7 hours)
Fees
At Briary Pre-School, our current fees for non-funded children and top-up hours are £8.50 per hour. All fees are subject to regular review.
Session Fees

Morning: 8:30am – 11:30am (3 hours) = £25.50

Afternoon: 12:30pm – 3:30pm (3 hours) = £25.50

All Day: 8:30am – 3:30pm (7 hours) = £59.50
Payment Information

Payments are due in the first week of each term, and you will receive an invoice showing the full balance.

We accept cash, cheques, and bank transfers.

Termly payments should be made on your child’s first day of term.

If you prefer to pay weekly, the first instalment must also be paid on your child’s first day. Fees cannot be paid in arrears.

The Pre-School may issue penalties if fees are not paid on time.

If you have outstanding fees, please contact the Manager as soon as possible.

If paying by bank transfer, please email us or notify the Business & Finance Officer to confirm your payment.
